Proactive change – It is the change which is initialed by the management. It is the change in anticipation. It has anticipation of two different aspects:
- Likely changes to take place in future
- Introduction of a change before the situation becomes alarming.
Reactive Change- These change are the forced changes, which takes place as a result of internal and external factors. Hence a reactive change may also be a part of proactive change.
