Free MBA Program on Facebook as a Facebook application

Now Facebook user has gone beyond social networking. Facebook users can now pursue an MBA for free, that’s a fascinating offer from a private degree institution in England. London School of Business and Finance has launched a Free MBA Study Program on Facebook as a MBA Facebook application. You have to pay to take the exam at the end in order to get the actual degree, but the studying itself is free of charge.

The college expects large number of people to try out the Facebook application in the first year. The application allows anybody to try out the course through online resources such as videos on YouTube.
It depends on students whether they want to complete the course. In order to complete the MBA and get certified, students have to sign up for one of the school’s regular online courses which require either a Bachelor Degree, or five years of work experience), and pay the regular fees of full online MBA program or pay a fee to take an exam related to a specific course within the MBA program.

The courseplan is divided into four sections
  • Strategic Planning
  • Organizational Behavior
  • Corporate Finance
  • Marketing Management
Each section contains 10 subsections, every subsection contains six more sections: a short video intro to the concept at hand; a ten to fifteen minute long video lecture; a video case study showing the real world application of the concept; a short multiple choice quiz about the case study; a note taking section; and a “My MBA” section to help the user.
